We have endeavored to keep the supply list for the K-2 Mixed Media Art Courses small, yet give your children enough variety to have FUN experimenting with various mediums. Below are the supplies we use in these courses, please don’t feel obligated to purchase anything upfront or spend money if you have a similar product already. Simply use what you have.
- 8×10 canvas panels
- Watercolor paper (the best you can afford – this pad is my favorite for heavy-handed kiddos)
- Watercolors (this simple set will do)
- Acrylic paints (we love these by DecoArt)
- Soft pastels
- Oil pastels
- Paintbrushes (I love these bigger ones by Crayola)
- Foam Brush
- Decoupage (matte finish)
- Black Sharpie marker
- White paint pen (could substitute a white gel pen)
- Crayons
