Q: I’m trying to log in, but the site is not recognizing my email.
A: Please try clearing your cache. This usually takes care of the problem. If on the rare occasion it doesn’t, please contact us at: contact@masterpiecesociety.com
Q: How do I change my password?
A: If you’re logged in, click “Log Out” on the far-right side of the pink menu bar. This will return you to the “Log In” page. Instead of logging back in, click “Lost Password” at the bottom. This will take you to the “Lost Password” page where you can enter your username or email address. Click “Get New Password” and you will be sent a link to create a new password via email.
Q: I cannot remember my password and I have requested to set up a new one, but I have not received the link via email. Can you help?
A: Please check your spam folder or antivirus filter to make sure the email isn’t there. If you are a Gmail customer, please check your “Promotions” tab. If you still can’t find it, email us at: contact@masterpiecesociety.com
Q: Can I gift a membership to someone?
A: Yes. Contact us at: contact@masterpiecesociety.com with the name and email address of the family you would like to gift a membership to. We can invoice via PayPal.
Q: How do I change my credit card information?
A: Masterpiece Society Studio does not store members’ financial information. Update your information via PayPal.
Q: I don’t want to cancel and lose my grandfathered-in rate, but money is tight right now. Is there a way I can pause my membership?
A: If you need to pause your membership, please contact us. We can suspend payments for up to 3 months.
Q: We’re taking a break over the summer. If I cancel my membership, can I renew again at the same rate at which I was grandfathered in?
A: Unfortunately if you cancel and want to rejoin, you will have to join at whatever the current rate is.
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: To change or cancel your membership agreement with Masterpiece Society, please send us an email with your member email address AND PayPal email address (if different) to contact@masterpiecesociety.com and we will be happy to assist you. This will ensure that you will continue to receive full access until your chosen period (month or year) expires.
Important: You must email us within 48-72 hours of your next billing cycle to give PayPal time to process the cancellation so that they will not automatically charge your account again. Your membership will not renew.
